Where are new grads finding these $200k offers they're posting about? I’ve got 7 YOE and I’m making $95k (MCOL). I’ve been looking for a year, but everything I see for my level is stuck around $100k. I’m not even asking for $200k, although it would be nice. I'd be more than happy with $150k. Am I just looking in the wrong places?

I am in a rut...I'm thinking about ending 2022 and starting 2023 on a high note. I have been thinking about taking a last-minute trip. Where would be a great place to celebrate the new year?

First time home buyer here. Currently waiting to close and trying to make a list of everything I want/need when going from an apartment to a house. Does it matter which interview date I select for schools? The last day offered for one of the schools is best for my schedule - does taking that slot hurt my chances?

I have a SQL assessment to complete with Home Depot for a Senior Analyst position for Inventory Solutions department and a little nervous for it as I have not touched SQL in over a year and a half since my previous role. I would like to hit fire between 40-50. Currently 27, 185k total comp (125 for me and 60 for partner). Like my job don’t hate it don’t love it. Does an MBA make sense? I’m guessing it could take me to 170ish with that schools I’m looking at but wondering if the 40-50 retirement range makes an mba not make sense since I’d only have 10-20 years to save vs 12-22.

I'll start; I'm privileged enough to have been given the opportunity to work and learn deeply on Linux and Kubernetes, and I get to tinker and play with them all day. Problem solving with them is a "fun" part of my job.

My client’s site got hacked yesterday. I didn’t see any actual signs of impending attack. But knowing how little we do for cyber security when building a site, I knew we must have been vulnerable in some way. I’ve tried pushing for more cybersecurity measures in the last year, but being a Jr, I don’t know a lot about it.
