Where do you see consulting going with the rise of AI? The bar seems higher than ever to deliver, especially more fully baked solutions where proposals and frameworks would have been acceptable. I think it can enable consultants, but really put pressure to make sure they are delivering value with the resources they charge, rather than the fluff that used to be put out and accepted over the past few decades in the industry.
