Any open OCM roles within this network?
Career wise - what would be best? A change management role at Crowe working government software upgrades Or Change Management role at a name brand childcare company? The culture fit at childcare company is amazing.. remote, unlimited PTO Crowe , I'm not sure since it's working with government.

Deloitte change management is bad. The methodology is a bunch of buzzwords and majority of A/C/SC/Ms have no idea what organizational change management actually entails if it’s not written in the “vision to value” framework BS
Haha! Same with KPMG. The older generation are real change consultants. This new gen, im not sure what we are creating in them.
A bit open-ended. What are the criteria you're interested in?
Rank, prestige, brand reputation, methodology, all of the above.
I think it depends what country you're in. Accenture has terrible rep in UK but has Singapore sewn up. PWC (the ones I've worked with) in Australia seem pretty good and Deloitte not so much. Deloitte in the UK in my experience have been pretty good. Can't remember my experience with KPMG but I have friends that work there who are ridiculously overworked and underpaid so I can't see that producing a great outcome. I think quality would range sector to sector, project to project based on the manager's experience of deploying the right resources and account management skills. Some account directors are excellent and know when and how to manage client and push back on scope. Others are pushover, leading to stress and poor outcomes for teams and projects. This us my experience from client side- never worked for big 4.
