Hi everyone, I work for large startup (300 employees) and I have been asked to develop a Progressive HR manual template. Some examples include gender neutral restrooms, lactation rooms, signing off emails with pronouns, and etc. Any tips/links for resources to help would be appreciated.

Hi 👋🏻 Would love some support here - looking to build out a bonus structure for a Sales Engagement Mgr role - it isn't a typical sales role - this person will be closing deals but not necessarily securing leads. If they will be scoring leads, it will be organic via conferences, partnerships. Of course, we want to encourage and incentivize this person. Potentially giving then an extra 20-50k bonus potential. Hello everyone! How do you manage holiday pay when the holiday is on a Saturday/ Sunday. For example, if I have someone working on Christmas (Sunday), they should be paid 1.5 but what if they work on Monday as well?I know this might sound silly to some people but I’m covering for payroll for the holidays and I don’t want to mess up!

I am about to finish a 6 month bootcamp and I am a single mum. Is it realistic for me to find a remote working job or working in the office during term time (school hours) and working from home during the holidays/evenings. If this is possible some possible companies for me to try looking for work would be great. Many thanks.

Chatted with a recruiter for a PM role, he quoted a 150K base salary with equity being around 75% of base. Does this mean that equity is expected to be ~112K each year, or is it 28K each year given a 4 year vest?

I’m at a small company that’s sort of becoming medium sized, and a new exec pushing to quickly implement NetSuite and I just want to make sure we’re not getting in over our heads, he’s trying to get this done within two months

I have heard from friends working in different companies about Synechron. Employees working hours are very closely monitored at Synechron.

Employees have to spend 9 hours inside Office rather than Synechron premise.

Also, employees have some app installed in their virtual machines which tracks the duration for which they were logged in.

Is this true?Wanted to confirm from someone who are working with Synechron.

Current situation: company A- was hired as a specialist and proved my worth to become a category manager but ended up on the low end of the salary range because of my lack of experience. Have voice my concern about my pay several times to my director, with no action in return.

I have over 12 years in B2B sales/sales management experience along with a graduate degree.
