I was interviewing with IBM consulting for the role of Senior Data Engineer and ended up with the recruiter scheduling a comp call tomorrow..Wanted to know if it will be worth switching to IBM from Uncle D..Can someone throw some light regadjng IBM consulting work culture..I have 6+ years of exp in data engg/data analyst domain.Also what would be an ambitious ask regarding comp perspective.

With 11 yrs YOE and having skills in dimensional Modeling,data warehouse ,ETL and Reporting , what should be the salary expectation in market. I have switched from 12 LPA to 26 LPA on feb 2022 as my first switch with IC role as ETL developer . Now looking for data architect role. I have placed a counter offer in march with Tech M .They are doing a salary revision with Joining bonus and they said they are waiting for JB approval. They didn’t send the revised offer letter yet. Do they usually take so long for revised offer letter. I have just a day left.
