Which one is better to join for SAP ABAP? big4 or service based? U have heard big4 is quite hectic in terms of wlb? you just have to work work everytime?

Our employee satisfaction survey is tied to our performance goals. Meaning, if we rate management badly, we cannot meet 10% of our goals which in turn affects our bonuses and raises. We asked HR but they didn’t do anything about it. Is this normal? Is this legal? If not, what else can we do about it?

Having 2.1 year experience in SAP ABAP also trained on ABAP on Hana and odata gateway. Trying to get basics of ui5.
