I tend to agree with you on that! I am an introvert who at times has had to put my “extrovert hat” on-as is necessary sometimes, but all in all, I think my management style is more laid back, but just as intense as any extrovert I know…we just get things done more quietly. 😎

If an extrovert has made it to the top of the chain, it could be because they’ve done good work, or it could be because they schmoozed their way. If an introvert makes it to the top, it’s ONLY because they earned it. So from that perspective, I think introverts are far more likely to have earned it / be qualified as a leader.
