Need help w fam situ: Parents are divorced but share an apt in my city. Dad pays for apt &visits; mom lives there full-time & pays utilities. Mom works PT& has variable income but makes ~$40k; she has no health ins & ZERO saved for retirement. She has a condo she rents out & clears $200/mo, but she fails asset test for county insurance assistance program due to condo. Any ideas about what we could do w the condo?
