Sis, I am leading a project that is all “us”. Earlier this week a young man told me I didn’t have right to ask why a deliverable is 3 days late. He yelled “stand down” at me like we are in the military. He work is consistently TRASH.

Anyone have experience waiting on an offer while having received another within 1 org? I have been interning for 5 months. My manager has been extending me as I expressed I didn’t want my current role but need the job.

She has been extremely open to assisting me in finding other roles internally. Recently, I expressed a desire to stay on the team as a “full time.” The day before I got the offer I was invited to interview for another role. I will take the other offer if extended. What now?

Curious what system everyone uses for cataloging books. We use the free version of Koha and no longer use the Dewey decimal system but catalog by genre, ie. mystery, science fiction, contemporary, action, historical fiction, etc. I took over the library after this format was set in place.
