Hi, I am a single-parent with a 9 year old daughter. Is anyone else dealing with same gender sleepovers with sexual exploration occurring? Am considering a move to Bain (from MB) - I work in the PE Group and do a ton of diligence. My logic is higher compensation, better benefits and that Bain has a more established PE practice so that gives me a stronger platform for a sustainable long term career where I don’t have to balance PE work with strategic work to be seen as successful.

Currently only downside I see is having to rebuild my network.
