Been there twice since I transferred to my new office in Oct 2015

Ehh maybe one Friday a month for a happy hour

Never unless I have a meeting there. I'm in EY Atlanta office of the future - you can never get a damn office as a senior manager, what's the point of going...

Interesting model slalom. No travel AND never in the home office.

like

Almost every Friday (my Partner is old school)

That's absurd EY1. That sucks so much. I've been in once in the past year.

I live 7 minutes walk from the office, so no biggie... He's gotten more flexible over the years

I visit my home office when I travel, whereas when I'm mainly remote or on the bench, I go MIA

Once every three months.

Never unless there is a mandatory meeting

For local office events!

@bcg1 I'm either at the client or I'm wfh. Going into the office is pointless, we have our socials at nearby establishments

Never ever ever

Getting a standing desk.
Should I get a backless stool or a real chair for when I sit? I've never had a backless stool, so worried that I'll have nothing to lean against. Money & space only allow for one or the other, so please help me decide.
I do need to work on better posture either way and I'm hoping standing during 6 hours of meetings will fix that. I do tend to sit when I'm in the flow and cranking out deliverables tho. Leaning slightly towards chair. But the stool is so cute! Thoughts?

Could anyone recommend a regular (stationary) chair with excellent back support. I'm thinking of something like an office chair but no wheels and moveable back. Does such a chair exist? Spouse and I have to share the office where the office chair is so a nice nice chair in the dining area would be great. I've been using my dining chairs but those aren't comfy to sit in all day.

1099 or w-2 ? I have been given the option though the company prefers w-2. It’s a day rate booking couple of months or more (no end date). I already have 1099 from similar company this year and am leaning towards 1099, but I don’t want to be difficult. I do take home office deduction and they are not supplying any equipment. Suggestions?

How do you get SORTBY to ignore empty cells? I have a dynamic array that changes the number of rows based on a cell’s lookup of the criteria from its data validation list. Accordingly, I need to run the SORTBY range set to the longest possible list, but when a criteria from the DV list “shrinks” that output list, the SORTBY evaluates the now-blank cells to 0 and places them at the top before sorting the list per the ascending or descending criteria established within it’s equation.
