Bid strategy for new SEA360 account is rising my CPAs through the roof and haven't returned to normal pre-paid strategy levels..its been 3 weeks. Has anyone had any success with rules to lower this?

The final official offer letter with approved compensation package (base pay & RSU award) will be provided closer to my start date once Compensation is determined.
