Hi all, does anyone know of any recruiters or hiring managers that work in Affirm Inc. I've been applying for a couple of jobs with them . The role I have applied for I know lam a extraordinary fit for
100% and can help the company/ department succeed. I have a good deal of experience with this role and would love to talk to a recruiter or a hiring manager more about this. If anyone
could reach out to me if you have any information on that I would greatly appreciate it.
Can anyone here give a referral?

I haven't even seen that. Everything I see is for full time roles. I have been looking for something part time but can't seem to find anything.
A lot of big companies have done shenanigans like that for ages. They chisel people out of benefits as part of their business plan. Doing that should be outlawed, but there's not much chance of that happening.
Some employers are just crazy, I have seen quite a few posts for jobs paying $14-$17 an hour and also wanted at least 6 months of experience for a FT role although earlier today I found a posting for a Cashier / Customer Service Rep at a local liquor store that was offering $13 an hour for a FT job and yes each of these jobs supposedly offered benefits. Fake or not, I think any job that offers under $17 an hour for someone with any experience is a joke.

Because they are cheap. Luckily it's not as frequent in my area but it's been going on for years.
It is so the company does not have to pay benefits and sadly the work ethic has changed so much these days as the younger generations do not want to work 8+ hours a day although they want to be paid like it. There are jobs out there that are 40 hours a week. People do not seem to understand that it is expensive to hire, train, and have benefits for employees which today the cost per entry level employee is around $50,000 or more.
How about I let you know about our company if you don’t mind?
Yep! You hit the nail on the head. Keeping people at part time hours saves employers money on benefits. They could care less if we can’t afford to live or need healthcare.
I've been out of work since June. I was forced to resign after 18 years with the organization. I gave them all of me and more. It took one narcissistic supervisor to bring me to my knees. I was the first person to person to point out mistakes he'd been making for a long time. I found out the former secretary was covering for him. He wasn't used to being questioned, shining a light on his incompetence. When he realized that I was smarter than that, he became threatened. Many of his mistakes involved laws not being followed, and I wasn't going to "fix" it for him. He hated that I pointed out his weaknesses just by asking his advice on everyday situations he should know about as a director. He made it so miserable for me. Yelling at me. Calling me a liar in front of the entire department. After a year of thinking I could handle his erractic behavior, I gave in. Now, I can't get a job because no one wants to pay for the experience I bring to the table.
I see job postings for duties I was doing as an executive secretary only paying $15 an hour. It's beyond ridiculous.
