Why can’t recruiters give an honest “no” ??? Interviewed a few places recently and one politely moved forward with another candidate, the other said they’re freezing hiring until the new year, and the third (a huge big name agency) made some excuses and then ghosted me. I’d rather be flat-out rejected than coddled and strung along. Anyone else experience this?
