I have a offer from Perficient and joining in 2 months time. Question :
1: how is the company in terms of job security and projects? I work with web analytics
2: How is the hike and work life balance.
3: Attrition rate
4: Hike is good but will it be a safer vet like Accenture Operations?
Need some views from people working there.

Can someone please share the salary breakup for HCL ? Maybe a screenshot.
Actually, I want to review the salary structure and components before having a discussion with HR on this.
Based on information so far, total yearly earning
= Fixed + Gratuity + PF + engagement performance + annual performance.
Is this right ?
Do they give the whole amount of the engagement performance and annual performance ?
Or they give only part of it like Accenture does.

Why do you want counter salary after you have already got your required CTC?

Counter offers are not an issue, the poster asked why hr need proofs? Ofcourse hr will need proof or else how would they justify asking more from higher management once deal was closed.
It is not allowed, since the offer letter is a confidential document. But here are some Do's and Donts
On the Authenticity part, its just that they're obliged to beleive you, no matter what, the entire offer letter should not be shared as its violation of data privacy and confidentiality.
Note:
Do's
1. Only share the screenshot of the salary breakdown.
2. You can explicitly share the designation you're offered (If its higher ofcourse)
Don't's
1. Never share the entire offer letter.
2. Never reveal the name company of which you have the offer
I have shared screenshots from the letter. No objection came from recruiter side.
