I joined Cognizant recently, the project interview calls which I am getting is not from my base location.
I have the location constraint, should I wait for the right opportunity or raise this concern to ADP team so they can look in to it?
As per ADP policy, one should not have any constraints and take the project as FCFS basis.

You haven't had good crinkle cut fries then. The place I go to nearby has crinkle cut fries that are always crispy, well seasoned, and come out piping hot everytime. The type of fry doesn't determine whether they're crispy, it's just how long they cook them and the type of potato that's used. Russet potatoes are the best usually since they're high in starch and low moisture.
Waffle fries can be super crispy as well but CFA prioritizes fast service so their fries are always undercooked. Nothing a toaster oven can't fix though.
Odds are it’s because the restaurant doesn’t soak their fresh cut fries in water overnight.
Doing so removes the excess starch and then they should be fried twice. The first time being a “blanche.”

Every fry was crispy at some point. If you want crispy fries, you should go to a proper fast food joint not some sit down place.
If you want that preserved, crusty surface that crisps up only when the fry was previously frozen, then you can only get that at a fast food restaurant with quick turnover and high volume. Not some posh restaurant trying to overcharge you for some fresh cut, Idaho fried potatoes that could've cost you $5 anywhere else.
