Anyone with insight on Tyson Mendes?
Hi all, does anyone know of any recruiters or hiring managers that work in Affirm Inc. I've been applying for a couple of jobs with them . The role I have applied for I know lam a extraordinary fit for
100% and can help the company/ department succeed. I have a good deal of experience with this role and would love to talk to a recruiter or a hiring manager more about this. If anyone
could reach out to me if you have any information on that I would greatly appreciate it.

Mentor
Well I think that would actually be a really cool idea, typically EAs are in the type of position where they need somebody who's ready to go from the start. The executives they are working with, don't have time to train or mentor people. That's why they have an assistant. To have another EA do the training and work alongside somebody, would not be cost effective. So the likelihood of this happening is not high. One could consider an AA position the apprenticeship. Because often that comes with a lot more training than an EA position has.
