Since we are working from Karnataka they are not considering holi that important on the other hand on gudi padva it is a mandatory holiday on 9 April..
Seems even AIRBUS is considering North Indians as outsiders as are people from Karnataka
Feels shit to work on HOLI when you are so far from your home and can’t celebrate this festival

You could have taken optional holiday on holi and work on the good Friday if you wish. 2 optional holiday is listed on calendar, as per the policy you can choose to work on this two optional holidays and use them in any other festival as per your choice providing either its a bank holiday or a main festival of your native place

U don't work for indian organisation, so be ready for client holiday.
Nobody cares if ur festival is grand or not, it's all abt money for stakeholders.
If I want Indian holidays, join some domestic company

There's no client holiday concept at Airbus like consulting firms. They have designated holidays across festivals not all.
Also, it's an India Pvt Ltd company and should follow for all major Indian festivals across states.

I have almost 5 years of experience and my current CTC is 14 lpa...
My current company wants me to shift to Canada as they want to retain me...
I have got everything on the mail for on-site...

Wow !! This is so frustrating !!
Got call from 13 HRs telling me about this amazing opportunity they have for me, but they immediately started to end the conversation as soon as they heard my notice period is 3 months !!
I mean their company policy is 3month NP as well, but they're acting like this 😅

I’ve been unsustainably swamped for months. Partner said they wanted to add an additional, more senior associate to the team on one massive case that went from “stayed” to “on fire” in the span of a month. I said that sounded awesome and the thought of someone else having to take on some responsibilities was such a relief… so why do I feel competitive and threatened now that the senior associate has actually been added? 🙄
