Why Walmart’s Pool Hiring is very BAD

Has anyone else faced issues with Walmart’s pool hiring (Bangalore) recently?

They conduct all the interview rounds, provide positive feedback, collect documents, and then it just stops there. No offer letter, no team allocation, no communication.

It’s honestly disappointing after clearing every stage and waiting for weeks or even months with zero updates.

Would like to know if others have gone through the same experience?

Yesterday I officially got diagnosed with ADHD and MDD. I knew that I was feeling depressed but somehow getting diagnosed made me feel worse. I feel like I am a big failure.
