DFW area: currently making 98k with potentially 3-5% raise and 3-5% bonus (should know for sure in July) and no CPA. 7 years of experience in PA - audit. Remote 100%. Sometimes travel to client but not much. Went through the final interview with assistant controller position for a private company. They offered 40% bonus promise. MBB in UK is as follows, all total comp inc. bonus: -Business analyst (grad) - 2 years to next level £50-60k -Associate - 1.5 years to next level - £90-100k -Engagement manager - 1.5/2 years - £115-130k -Associate partner - 2 years - ~£200k -Partner - (really varies but 3-5 years I think) - ~£500k - Senior partner - £1-10m Less confidence in the last 3, but they are definitely the right ballpark
