To see if you have your open to work on? Sometimes they buy recruiter level memberships to find out who on their team is looking. Just a guess.

I wouldn't stress over it. Maybe they couldn't remember your previous work history or alma mater but wanted a refresher for chit chat or an assignment. Maybe you posted something/commented and they clicked your profile.

I did it recently to fill out a nomination for one of my employees for an internal award - couldn’t remember how long he’d been in his role and it was faster than looking in our confusing internal system. That and to grab a headshot for a deck. Don’t stress it!

Currently going through some negations on an internal role. I’m currently at 88k and they offered me 100k for a position that requires a lot more work. Do you guys think it’s easier to land a higher salary when applying externally rather than internally? Also this is for a territory sales management role. They stated 120k+ is extremely high for that role. What do you guys think? Playing the game?

Hello, i have offer from PWC SDC Banglore, I asked for salary revision based on counter offer, HR agreed but said revised offer letter will be shared next day after joining and mail confirmation will be given a week prior to joining date.
