Just got an offer for a Sr. AWS DevOps role at 145K, I will be working remotely 100% with maybe 5% travel, if any. No bonus with this company. I have over 8 years of DevOps and AWS, all AWS certs . How to get into freshers data science role as a non-tech professional?

I applied for a job at Visa and was contacted the same day. A few days later I had a 30-minute screening interview with the hiring manager. I knew I was very early in the process since the job had only been posted for a few days. It's been 3 weeks and I haven't heard back, even after reaching out to the recruiter. I am an experienced hire. My case might just take you by surprise. I joined EY GDS 10 months back at 40% hike (leaving PwC) and now Deloitte (DIJV) is offering me 2 level up designation at Manager level with another 40% hike.
