This is my 2nd yr @ Wipro and i was in same client account. Now i came to know i am getting released from project on coming 5th June.
So i started for a switch. But last day before moving to the bench i managed to crack another opportunity in same account and i will be safe now.But in b/w these all thing i managed to crack interviews outside in Congnizent(CTS) with 25 LPA (my current is 16 Lpa in wipro)
YOE -6-Is that safe to switch to CTS with this package or better to stay in wipr
