I recently joined nagarro.... was on bench for almost a month as I was not getting project as per my skill set. Recently got one project as per my skillset and cleared client interview also.
But during the time, I was also looking outside for good opportunity, I have one with same package from a product based organization.
What should I do now ? If I resign , would Nagarro release me early or I will have to serve complete notice period?

1700 doesn’t sound bad at all. When I was renting a couple years ago, couldn’t find anything i liked (recently renovated not in a brownstone) for under 2000
Yeah I hear you, living ain’t cheap these days
1700 in Philly is pretty good! 2000 in Wilmington not uncommon for 1 bed
West Chester but both kids live in Wilmington
My monthly mortgage with pmi and property tax for a row home is less than that. I would highly recommend buying if you can - plenty of still cheap homes in this city.
Buy in Point Breeze or Grays Ferry. 200k you might be pretty far south or west but you are still a bus ride away from CC. If you can get yourself to the mid 2s you’ll see a lot more options open up!
I pay $2200 for a 1br. Rent increases this year were pretty steep
Whoa. That is super expensive. Ugh I hope mine doesn't go up too much when it is time to renew my lease.
America is so overpriced right now in regards to housing. Good luck
I’m currently paying $1550 for a 1 br. I’m in East Kensington
I pay $1400 for a Rittenhouse studio in a luxury building
I'm in a 3br house in South Philly for at $1125.
I signed my lease in 2016 locking in at under the current rental rates. Haven't even considered buying since.
If you're willing to go outside, but close, to the trendy neighborhoods, there are still deals to be had for renters.
If you're looking for sterile, apartment living, $1400-$1700 as a baseline sounds about right.
