We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented IT SAAS / Software Enterprise Sales Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales of our software solutions within the IT sector, focusing on SAAS products and enterprise-level clients. This role requires a proven track record in B2B sales, exceptional communication skills, and the ability to develop and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers.
ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
Developing and executing strategic business plans to expand market reach and improve sales performance in the enterprise segment.
Identify new business opportunities and establish relationships with key decision-makers, targeting the Fortune 500 companies and large enterprises.
Build and nurture relationships with C-level executives and key stakeholders to understand their business needs and position our software solutions as the ideal solution.
Actively generating leads and pursuing new sales opportunities through various channels, including cold calling, networking, and social media outreach.
Utilize advanced sales techniques such as account-based selling, solution selling, and value-based selling to effectively communicate the value proposition of our products/services to enterprise clients.
Drive thought leadership initiatives, including participation in industry events, webinars, and executive roundtables, to establish our company as a trusted advisor in the enterprise space.
Generating regular reports and reviews containing sales and financial data for performance evaluation to senior management.
QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS:
Minimum of 7 years of proven track record of success in B2B sales with an experience in selling IT SAAS or software solutions to enterprise-level clients.
Proven track record of success in business development, sales, or a related field, with experience in outbound sales in the US/European market.
Experience in lead generation, cold calling, email campaigns, LinkedIn sales, and rate negotiations.
Proven ability to develop and execute effective sales strategies and initiatives tailored to the unique needs of enterprise clients
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with proficiency in delivering presentations and engaging with clients.
Ability to work independently with minimal guidance and take proactive initiatives.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, CRM, and other sales software programs.
