Duties would have me responsible for a small team of research nurses as well as other managerial duties for the department. I want to transition to a role in pharma or a CRO, but haven’t been successful yet because I don’t have industry experience. I’m looking to transition from an academic medical center to pharma or a biotech. I have about 8 years of clinical research experience overall — 7 years combined as a CRC (CRC I, CRC II, and senior CRC) and 1 year as a PM. I’m also recently ACRP-CP certified.
