Wondering if there’s any others who have navigated this - I’m an experienced hire SC, and ive had the opportunity to lead a team. When applying to M or SM roles in industry, the salary is lower than where I’m at now, but I haven’t been getting the call backs for director level roles. Am I not selling my experience enough? Do I have to network more?

Evening! Dog owners who live in condo rentals downtown.. did you tell your landlord you had a dog? I’m in a rental with a lease that says no pets (i’m sure a common clause?) and i didn’t have any pets moving in. 6 months in, i got a puppy lol. I don’t want to invite potential conflict by updating my landlord, my lawyer partner says the no pets clause is void in toronto anyway - but I worry about a bad landlord reference if they find out i.e come for repairs.
