Not having proper long term projects, most of the clients going one by one, around 500 employees(developers and QAs) got fired, but not even a single manager/director level employees left from company. They just blindly remove low level employees and keep those managers in bench for more than 2 years.

One worst behaviour, employees will get laptop without email client application. Just tell us to check email from browser. This is the prime example of Aziro.

Had on-site a month ago and recruiter has promised an update several times and not followed through. Anything I can do other than following up once a week? I think I’m the backup candidate but would be helpful to get more clarity

For the folks who do freelance work, do you do more consulting / advisory (get on the phone and talk) or project work (deliverable based work)? What are your thoughts on a platform that focuses on video-conference based advisory work - and not the bid on project type of work?

Most important question:

1. I was on bench in my company since April 2022, So since may I was started looking for the opportunities for better pay but didn't got any offer still attending interviews.
2. In June 2022 i got know that I will have to work on 2 client's project which will be 50% 50% allocation on both sides.
3. I will be getting offer soon from one of the MNC, In that case what should I do?? Should I resign or go ahead with 2 client's project in my organization??

At what point does the value of a degree fall off? I'm in my early 30s, and have five years of experience, and work on a very theoretically interesting project. An investment related query. I'm drawing 1 lac/month salary currently and serving notice period with lwd-26-Aug. So, do I need to show all the investment proofs that I declared here as it's only been 5 months in the fiscal year and PPF of 1 lac would make the 5 month salary (5 lacs) non-taxable, right? Please guide.
