i honestly feel the same way ! i lovedddd working in this community when i first started but after about 3 months was when all the masks started to drop. they talk about me cause i don’t want anything to do with that little “clique” but i just think they’re childish.
Chief
There’s a lot of clique-y behavior in my workplace, especially coming from the younger group. It’s annoying, but I just ignore it and do my job.
Been there, done it and wish I left sooner. I loved my job, made good money and was told by my Mgr along with other non-nursing clinicians I was great at my job. I should've left when I first notice and felt in my heart it was time to move on. My mgr waa part of the deal even though she complimented me, she looked out for her friends first. Being part kf tye inner circle isn't what it's all about. Their house of cards will come down some day, beliwve me when I say this! Sadly, in healthcare and most of all with nurses this drama continues. It's wrong for all of us who went into nursing or heathcare to improve our patients outcomes and save lives. I've seen it from all jobs in healthcare working as a float. Care about yourself, and your license because nobody else will! Know you are not alone and others hear you! You have obviously gone into nursing for rhe right decisions
I support whatever decision you feel is best for you, your career and patients. Prayers for you🙏♥️
