I just took a new job and the OTE is less than agreed to after going through the comp plan. Also the recruiter told me 50% of people were hitting their quota and no one was less than 70% last year. However I found out the last 6 months everyone is less than 10%. I know get that recruiters can mislead with performance metrics but giving the wrong OTE seems super unethical to me. Question on AC21, I just got my EAD/AP card, once my AOS/485 is pending for 180days, I don’t need sponsorship from the potential new employer anymore as long as JD remains the same (only a change of employer form to be filed by me), correct? I researched online and that seems to be the answer. Could anyone with experience confirm? After almost 9yrs on H1B, anything about “no sponsorship” seems unreal to me...
