Working with Exact Benefits Group has truly been a great experience for me. I absolutely love the flexibility of working from home .
What makes it even better is the leadership. My managers are incredibly supportive, professional, and always willing to help me grow. The support team is also amazing, they are responsive, knowledgeable, and make my job so much easier every day.

I’m really grateful to be part of such a positive and encouraging work environment!

Anyone else a bit annoyed with the announcers right now? I get you disagree with the decision to not start the race, but man there was so much rain out there I can’t blame race control. Anyone else feel the same or am I just overreacting?

So i have been fortunate that i have managed to go through my career without the need for a degree. I was lucky enough to have been hired by one of the worlds top consulting firms, worked with a whole lot of big clients and travelled a lot. It's gotten to the point where I am not even asked about the lack of a degree on my resume. Personally though, it bothers me. I have a whole bunch of certifications in my industry…but just no formal degree. (cont'd)

I’ve been having a super hard time concepting lately, especially knowing that the “concept” will mostly serve as a sticker to slap on the cover of a CVA and the top of a website. I feel like every pharma concept I’ve ever seen or created becomes so cheesy once it appears in tactics. Does anyone have any examples of HCP creative (non-DSA) that is both impactful and translates well into pharma tactics?

I have been talking to a recruiter for a little over a month about a position. I let her know out the gate that I really wasn’t looking to change jobs, but she just kept wanting to continuing the conversation. I didn’t have 2 interviews with the hiring coming and they know that I am not really looking to make a switch. They are now working on an offer letter and I know they’re going to offer me more money. I’m having my annual review this week. Any advice on how to handle a) job offer b) review?
