Is it normal for a Product Owner to lay out specs for how a feature should work?

I thought that was my job as the ux designer to figure out the best way to solve a need. But I’m getting handed projects where the PO, and sometimes the senior designer has laid out exactly what should happen (components used, flow, etc) to design a feature. It’s really frustrating because I don’t know if I’m supposed to be speaking up on what I think or just do the UI work I’m asked to.

Should I opt for online 2 yrs MBA from DY patil university? It is good or should I look for alternative. I am getting alot of calls from them. Please suggest. I have around 3 yrs experience in IT.

Pretty sure the saga of the slave driven company has come to an end I’m the only HR person at this company. Friday I had full admin rights, and went to check email Saturday; account locked. Payroll/HRIS locked out. PEO service says no pending termination is on my file. Went to the office today to get my things just in case. Located in CA. Was about to report numerous violations too. All because I couldn’t solve 8 months of payroll issues in a day. 🫠 Good riddance, I’m getting a lawyer.

I used to hate growing up poor. Now I'm still poor but I've learned a lot of really practical things. I make most of my wooden furniture, know basic electrical and plumbing work, can cook and bake delicious food, can do most of the basics in car repairs, garden, and make a lot of my own clothes. What's a good place to live to access both downtown and Argonne national lab in Lemont? I live on the far north side of Chicago now, but my partner got a new job and it would be an hour each way by car to commute for him. I work downtown along the red line. Looking for somewhere affordable, not interested in night life or anything but groceries and transit need to be 10 minute walk or less and be safe.
