No but....have you considered/tried stepping up and making positive changes? I run a committee at my office and it's hard to keep people engaged...but if the people on the committee were more engaged, we could accomplish so much more! Unfortunately, many of them call into meetings, leave me to do all the talking, contribute nothing, and then probably complain that they're getting nothing out of it. Maybe you're already doing those things....just food for thought.
Yes.. I’ve been in charge in the past and ended up having to do all the work and this year I took a step back from part of one but am leading another for the same organization

Only time I’d consider doing something I hate is if there is a benefit to me. + If that benefit outweighs my lack of joy.

Are they really visible committees that put your name in front of the right people or otherwise benefit your career goals? If yes, I would at least stay long enough to get the credit or until I line up the next thing to get into. Minimal effort though, match the energy of the rest of the committee or go just a pinch above that.
