Hello Guys,
I joined Cognizant recently, the project interview calls which I am getting is not from my base location.
I have the location constraint, should I wait for the right opportunity or raise this concern to ADP team so they can look in to it?
As per ADP policy, one should not have any constraints and take the project as FCFS basis.

If someone can briefly tell me why they can do the job or learn to do it, happy to refer. For the best input text when I do, link or show a side project when we chat. Doesn't matter if it's been years or if I've never even heard of the person before--asking is already more effort than most people put in. As long as I'm sure enough the person's not totally insane, why shouldn't they at least get a shot at a phone screen? Not like it'll actually reflect on me in any way, and it does connect the company with a proactive candidate.

Might ask, might not. From there depends on what happened. Either way, you're gonna have to explain it away eventually
Yes, I'll briefly find out if they're in the ballpark of qualified, and if so, I'll submit. But if the hiring manager asks for context, I'll be honest. "I've known ___ for X years, and I know them to be a kind, intelligent, competent individual, but we have not worked together."
The only person who can judge whether the applicant is qualified is the hiring manager, but there's a big value in sourcing candidates that are have the right character. That's how I see references.
Same comment as above! Do you ask them why they're leaving their last job? If so, would you recommend someone that was let go?

No.
Actually. I'll revise my answer based on what I've done before. I'll say I know your team is looking for someone and I know this someone else via (social media name) who sounds eager and hungry, so why not have a chat?
This is only for lower level non-management positions.
