The bonus sounds attractive, but it depends on how substantial it would be and whether it's much of a gamble whether you'd receive it. As a general principle I'd be disinclined to move on to a new company without a significant boost in base salary. It's a big change in one's life, and it should be done for a tangible reason.
That’s a good point. The bonus is about 10% more, but with base being the same I’m not sure.
I would if I was reasonably sure I'd get the bonus. No idea how to ascertain that ahead of time though. Maybe reach out to current employees if you're comfortable doing so to see how many people actually received it?

And do you have any contacts who work there to give you a realistic view of how much bonus payout is?
Well they are in person fully so that is a big drawback. I’ll try seeing if I have any contacts at the company to inquire about the bonus

It would depend on how much higher that bonus was and the likelihood they pay out 100% of that bonus.
I’m honestly not sure, but in my past years at my current company, there have been years where the bonus was 50% pay out. So I’m skeptical
