Is 28LPA good salary for 5 years of experience?
Hi, I’m up for a promotion this up coming cycle (July) to become a senior Data Engineer. I was hired at my current firm as a more junior engineer but I’ve made strong headway since. I accepted a lower paycheck (120 Base, 150 TC) back then, but I don’t want to sell myself short this time. What is a competitive salary I could ask for and how do I negotiate that?
Considering making a switch from Big 4. Comments to share on bonus this year and in a normal year? Culture?
Speaking with a recruiter for Amazon finance. She makes the compensation sound incredibly nonnegotiable. And it’s less than my current pay but I want to live in Seattle and having amazon on my resume might look good. Anyone know if that compensation component is accurate? Does amazon finance really not negotiate?
If you could choose a title would you rather pick Head of Brand or Creative Director? If salary and responsibilities were the same.
What is the average salary of Systems Integration Senior Specialist post(grade 9) in NTT Data? NTT DATA
How are non-market (comp) Amlaw100-200 firms going to survive the associate salary hikes? I’m at an Amlaw100+ firm and our comp is about 25% under the new market for junior/midlevel and up to 40% under for seniors. We have tons of work and NO associates left to do it. Many (if not most) associates have jumped to market firms and no laterals to replace them. How will this place survive with no foreseeable associates and (allegedly) no plans for raises?
Hey all! I need help to make a career related decision and would appreciate the support. What looks best on my cv after leaving Amazon? 1- Linkedin Program Manager that pays around 15-20k less with hopes for progression to senior level within 12 months and it’s fully work from home (which I enjoy) 2-Amex product manager - highest comp and can potentially go fully remote (not sure about culture) 3- Visa product manager pay is in the middle but working from home seems to be an issue.
Hello all, What is the avg fixed salary of a senior consultant working in management consulting practise of big 4?
Hey all, curious to know what the approximate yearly comp range is for a Manager level in CapTech. Also, would you say the work life balance is decent and is there a lot of travel required?
Received one offer from Accenture Technology in Netherlands. Level 7 (Manager). Base salary 5000€ /month. Sounds very low for a manger? Does someone know what salary level managers starts at for Accenture NL?
I transferred into advisory from another function at the firm. I had about a year of experience in the other group, some of which is transferable so I'm considered "experienced" hire. My salary was kept the same and I was just happy not to take a pay cut. Now I'm wondering what other associates in this group start at/make after a year for comparison. Any ideas? I'm based in NYC.
Once again I must thank KPMG for allowing me the privilege to qualify for the third stimulus.
Could anyone provide insight into the average salary for a strategy director in Amsterdam?
Can anyone provide comp #s for top tier Cloud ERP solution architects deep in career in the US? At GT I am relatively confident 190-200k + bonus is max.
Any insights on total compensation for a strategy senior manager expat role at MBB or big 4 in UAE? Currently based in the US (6 years of consulting experience post MBA at big 4 in the USA). Also, 6 years of corporate America experience prior to MBA.

Car question: is it common/easy to extend a lease? Mine is up next month and I don’t want to get into a new lease when I’m wfh for the foreseeable future. Not sure if dealers would consider this favorable for them, or if I have any leverage to renegotiate price. Or is this is even an option.
TFW you take your daily stall escape but then ten minutes later you go back bc you actually have to poop....
Anyone else feeling burnout due to what I’d call a lack of value add? I have absolutely no motivation. This whole thing is BS and we haven’t added any value to the client. What did I sign up for?
Thinking about doing a rotation in the London office (currently at a west coast office). Does anyone know how the culture might be different at London vs American offices in general? Thanks!!
Anyone know of a good trailer in DV/NoVa? Want to get suits and slacks altered for a more custom fit. Thanks.
I missed this 🙂 Just heard an older couple argue for 15-20 minutes at the local lakeside bar about whether it was okay to text the VP "are you made at me" Things are going back to normal corona
Once you hit your 100 nights and $20k spend with Marriott / SPG, what chain are you going to stay at and why?
There are well over 50 managers in my office (Northeast US). Not a single one is East Asian (American citizen or not). Weird or no?
Eating a quesalupa right now. Probably the best fast food invention in years. Incredible stuff.
Is it worth getting the Lyft app? I only use Uber, and surge hasn't really been an issue (I'm walking distance from bars going out on weekends which I assume are the busy / surge times and areas).
Chicago PSA: 90/94 W backed up more than usual, car crash by Addison st exit. Week off to a great start.
I need help/career advice: I’m a semi-recent graduate going to consulting. I’m trying to decide between an in-house/internal consulting team at a European international bank vs Accenture Consulting
Accenture CEO said on earnings call that accelerated performance cycle will help manage low performers at greater pace if need to pull levers. More layoffs are incoming soon. About last layoffs, we didn't do any layoffs it's cost adjustments mostly in operation centers and restructure due new growth model. 🤷♂️
