Is VWINX a good fund to buy ?
Happy New Year!

Hi All,
I joined Tech Mahindra for 5 days only and didn't find suitable timing for my project and emailed resignation mail to manager and HR. After that HR asked me to resign over portal but at the same time blocked my portal. After requesting many times they didn't unblock my portal and pretended like they want to unblock but there is some issue going on and marked my profile absconded. I have cleared fnf but they are not providing reliving letter but added pf amount also. What to do?

B. The only people who care about killer campaigns are other ad people
I'd go to A for a little bit to build my book and then go to B to coast. 😎
B. I can find (and fund) creative fulfillment outside of advertising. Underpaid and almost no life doesn’t seem like a fair trade for a :30. (to me)
If you answer A, you’re below a certain age.
If you answer B, you’re above a certain age.
From a 30-year veteran, I think you hit the nail on the head. I just said something similar in my comment
Most def B. Get paid then fulfill my creative itch with a hobby.
Depends on where I am in my career and what headspace I’m in: If I’m a rookie, if I’m hungry for killer work, go for A. If I’ve experienced A and am exploring other creative pursuits in my spare time (writing a book, screenplay, want a different lifestyle) go for B.
i want A but i have B and now i’m stuck. which is why you should at least start out at A 🫠
100%. I’m in the same shoes or at least was until recently. And it’s been a bitch trying to get on better opportunities. I’ve had to do some side stuff to make my book better.
A few years at A gets you B, and you’ll make better money.
I do creatively unfulfilling work, make decent money, and leave at 10pm or later!
i gotta get out of this industry.
B, and it’s not even a little bit close.
B keep your sanity and find the fulfilling work on the side
Do killed campaigns count as killer?
Both sound terrible. I’m underpaid (junior life) but am at an agency that makes good work with solid wlb.
Depending on your age and your financial state.
B, when you have a family you care more about the money.
I’m sure this depends on the person, but I prefer B. Option A was horrible for my health, well being and relationships. With a balanced life, I can pursue creatively satisfying work in my spare time. I can also have a family, friends and life…which I couldn’t reasonably do when I was pursuing option A.
Not sure if the answer to your question depends on age, but I’ve been in this industry for 30 years and had no hesitation about choosing B. That might be because A describes most of my career.
Guess I feel lucky. Spent my early career doing A but added 4-5 campaigns a year for the first couple years
