The job market is tough so it's hard to walk away from any opportunity, but for me, I simply wouldn't bother responding to something so ridiculous. If I put anything in that box, it would be a request for them to wow me. Companies too often forget that the "sale" of any job opportunity is a two-way street. A candidate has to sell their value to a company, but a company must also do the same to the candidate.
I was on the market last year after a layoff and had a similar experience with a company where the response to my application was an email with a list of five questions, each equally banal as the one you mentioned above. I sent an email back stating I'd be happy to discuss their questions during an interview and if that wasn't possible, they were free to reject my application. I never heard from them again and am happy that I dodged a bullet.
With all the recruiter hate in the market, I'm not sure why companies continue to play these ridiculous games. Good recruiters hate it. Candidates definitely hate it. When the market swings back, these are the companies that will struggle to attract talent.
