Yet another Glassdoor area I can read, but not post.

Read in Worklife that there are multiple stories out there that 30-40% of job postings are fake (for various reasons).

Surprised it's not higher.

30-40% feels low honestly. Between ghost postings and roles they're posting knowing full well they're going to make an internal hire, I assume most of what I apply to I have no chance of getting. Sucks that I've been consistently proven right about that, but it makes the rejection sting a little less.

I feel like it’s probably higher as well. Well, maybe the number of fake job listings is just higher in my town. Because I swear I keep seeing the same job listings reposted week after week after week after week after week.

I got offer from NatWest Chennai location . My skills set is project management 13 years experience. They have mentioned in my offer letter B7 corporate title is associate. When I ask to hr guy he said it is equal to Manager level. But title will change department department. Is it true? B7 is manager role ? What is CDIO department in Natwest. Please clear my doubts

How do you spend your precious unwinding time after work? I love binge watching tv shows but realize it’s probably not the healthiest way to wind after a stressful day. Anything fun / low stress yall do?
