I graduated from law school in 2019, followed by a 2 yr bk clerkship. I did the evening program. I really enjoyed law school, in spite of the microaggressions, the late nights, & crazy competition. Love all things diversity in the law. Anyway, currently looking for a position in NYC/DC area. 🤗

What is the impact on rating and overall, if I have got all snapshots good but for one snapshot its like at level for 4 parameters and 1 parameter partially demonstrated at level and have got a development action on that. I left my job without having anything else lined up otherwise I would have had a mental breakdown. I’m not even in that great of a financial place, but it was my job or my sanity. I know at least three other people who, in the past few months, have left with nothing lined up. I feel like it’s something we need to be talking more about. This isn’t normal for people to be doing this right?
