I have a real estate client who at the top of his organization chart owns is 50/50 partners in a real estate investment company. I joined EY GDS 10 months back at 40% hike (leaving PwC) and now Deloitte (DIJV) is offering me 2 level up designation at Manager level with another 40% hike.
