I know this place is mostly dead but I have a question about HOA. We own a condo and there is no HOA, just one of the owners who pays the bills and does the bookkeeping. A flipper bought a condo and painted their unit on the outside, a very noticeable dark navy when our building is like seafoam blue. We do have a master deed bylaws. Below is the section I believe is relevant to what the owner did. Since we have no HOA, what recourse do I have? It sticks out like a sore thumb.
