Quick question to EA’s in the bowl here who support multiple partners. How do you handle multiple Calendar delegation and access on Outlook! Where I work we have up to five people were supporting plus we have access to the entire US calendars of partners and ours crashes on the daily multiple times a day. It’s really troublesome. Just wondering if anyone has any workaround.

I have applied to at least 1000+ jobs within the past 6 months and can’t find anything. I’m getting very overwhelmed with finding some remote work. I feel like I graduated at an awkward time (2020) so my experience isn’t as relevant and isn’t getting me anywhere.

Starting a new fully remote role Monday with a leader that has never had their own admin, let alone an exec assistant. Any suggestions for developing the relationship or training them to properly use an exec assistant?
