Hi everyone, I was wondering if anyone here has had experience working as an EA at Fidelity and what your experience was like. What office did you work at, if you don't mind sharing? I am contemplating applying for a job there, but have heard mixed reviews about what the culture is like there. I also noted that there always seems to be an EA job posting for Fidelity, every few weeks or so. Not sure what to make of that and what that says, exactly, about their employee retention pattern. Received an offer for an internal promotion and the verbal offer differed from the written offer. Specifically, the bonus verbalized was 2% higher than the offer letter. HR basically just said ‘sorry, our mistake the letter is right’. What would you do?

Hello, after doing some research I believe I’m being underpaid. About 4 months ago HR did a market analysis for my role. They bumped my salary for about $2k. I’m a mid-level Executive assistant with 6 years of experience and currently supporting 5 executives at a fortune 50 company. One C level and 4 Vice Presidents. I’m currently making $61,000 with bonus included. Based on my research I should at least be making $71,400. I have a check in with my boss tomorrow and I am asking for a raise.
