Currently 87k for SS1, what the hike for SS2?

What is the typical promotion timeline from SA to SSA? I'm just finishing year 2 as a campus hire SA and want to go up for promotion but I'm getting mixed feedback on if 2 years is possible.

What can I expect as a raise going from SA to SS in SAP? Pending an official offer and deciding whether I should make the move.

USDC Analyst. Joined in Aug 2021. Planning to travel to India in May 2022 for a month after current project ends. Not enough PTO. Any suggestions?

Working on Year End Impact indicators now. Do USDCers have any chance for year end bonuses this summer? I started in Summer 2021 as a SA and other bowls make it sound like I shouldn’t except any bonus

Is it compulsory to do firm initiatives in USDC for SS ? If we don’t have a firm initiative snapshot , how much will this impact our year end ?? have good performance snapshot but no firm snapshots .
