For utilization for PY and YE review, does it go through 3/5/2022?

Anyone see new FY19 utilization metrics? Seems like goals for associates and seniors went down but goals for manager and director went up. What gives?

So PwC has $1k for care if reg care not available per fiscal period. Has anyone utilized? How much max per day? What support do you need to provide?

Half a year at EY as a business transformation consultant. Ive basically been benched from day 1 and have had sporadic bursts of mainly internal audit work. My utilization was sitting just below 30% and I am struggling to find work somehow. I was a marketing major and I dont feel like I really get what consulting is all about.
