We are starting to really address diversify and inclusion and build partnerships with community resources.

What do you feel is important in building out DEI program?

We are extending our office return policy to 3 days per week, I foresee this becoming an issue (i.e. not a smooth transition). Is anyone back to the office, was it a smooth transition?
