Are there any tax professionals in the Lancaster, PA area that are looking to leave public? The recruiter for my company says there's no one out there and I get that a LCOL area in Pennsylvania won't have the applicant pool as a bigger city but I find it hard to believe there are no tax people available for the jobs we have.

Considering that the end of this year will probably signal the start of a recession, is this a bad time to jump into a new role in Pharma?

What areas within SalesForce value the consulting skill set. I have managed large teams and P&L of $20M annual. I bagged an offer letter from Global Logic, for Automation Testing, but after connecting with team got to know they are using out dated tools for testing but while interviewing they asked about the latest tools which there in the market.

Hi all - Trying to pivot into Cybersecurity/Infosec after 7 + years of experience in Network Engineering. No security related certifications. I have enough work experience in network security to match 60-70% of job requirements for infosec positions. Capable to get CEH/OSCP certifications in a few months, but want to wait until I get my foot into the door before investing 2-3K on these certs. Any advice for me will be greatly appreciated.

I got the impression this was a small but fast growing team on the west coast, and the work sounds like a combination of product, agile delivery, and roadmap dev.
