Anyone here adopt a puppy during the infertility struggle? Husband and I considering it to have something positive throughout this situation and thinking the extra companionship would be helpful. I work from home. Husband has had many family dogs and lots of experience with it, I’ve had a family cat before. Anybody here have ERG/BRGs which are getting involved with the current Supreme Court issue on maternal birth rights (abortion/right to life)? My ERG wants to send out something. I’m a bit concerned on this as it seems political and am usually very open.

We are exploring having a third party come in and assess our I&D efforts across our company. We have many locations across North America. Is anyone aware of an entity who does this? We have found questionnaires through target organizations and have done anonymous employee surveys but are hoping to find someone who can do an assessment for gender, minorities, disabilities, 2SLGBTQ+, etc. and provide feedback on the actual employee experience and where we may have blind spots.

We are starting to really address diversify and inclusion and build partnerships with community resources.
