Hi all. What are your thoughts about joining firms that are actively making people redundant? Is this typically a red flag or just strategic decisions being implemented?

Advice needed. I have a consulting case study interview coming and have been practicing but my mental maths is rubbish. Takes me a long time and even so not 100% accurate.
